2.1 Product Descriptions

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colors, dimensions, and specifications may vary slightly from what appears on your screen due to manufacturing tolerances and display settings.

2.2 Custom and 3D Printed Products

Many of our products are custom manufactured, including 3D printed drone frames and parts. Due to the nature of 3D printing technology: Minor cosmetic variations may occur between units Lead times may vary based on production queue Custom orders are final and non-refundable once production begins

2.3 Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

Your order represents an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include shipping, handling, or applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3.3 Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1 Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Production time for custom items is in addition to shipping transit time.

4.2 Shipping Responsibility

Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

4.3 International Orders

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees. Flynoceros is not responsible for customs delays or seizures.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

5.2 Non-Defective Returns

Non-defective returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

5.3 Custom Orders

Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. FPV drone components are used in high-risk activities. You assume all risks associated with the use of our products.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flynoceros shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

8. Intellectual Property
