How long does shipping take? Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-7 business days. Custom and 3D printed items may require additional production time of 3-5 business days before shipping.
Do you ship internationally? Yes! We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I modify or cancel my order? Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order. Once production has begun on custom items, changes may not be possible.
Product Questions
What materials are your frames made from? Our 3D printed frames are manufactured using high-quality TPU and PETG materials, optimized for durability and performance in FPV applications.
Do you offer custom designs? We’re always expanding our product line based on community feedback. Feel free to reach out with suggestions!
Are replacement parts available? Yes! We offer replacement arms, hardware kits, and other components for our frames.
Returns and Warranty
What is your return policy? We accept returns within 14 days for unused, unopened items. Custom and made-to-order products are non-refundable unless defective. See our Terms of Service for full details.
What if I receive a defective product? Contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the defect. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
